My package has been in Columbia, SC for days and went past the expected delivery date, is everything alright?

Yes, this is normal. Shipments will sit in Columbia, SC for 5-12 business days and eventually be processed through. In almost all cases packages will go past their expected delivery dates.

I don't understand this at all... there is no logic in my mind why a package should sit somewhere for 5-12 business days with no progress. And if "In almost all cases packages will go past their expected delivery dates" you need to change what date you show it will be delivered... don't always be wrong on purpose - UGH!

Mine arrived to them on the 29th as well. I called last week and wicked lasers said it has to go through US Customs before it Is shipped to you. Why it takes so long and have no idea what's going on. Kills me, I check the tracking # everyday. Hopfully we'll have them by Friday

I am in the same boat.  USPS said my package arrived in SC Dec 30th and gave an expected delivery date of Jan 3rd.  Joe N from Wicked said shipments can get held up in SC from 5-12 days.  Well, here it is Jan 17 and no word yet.  Hoping to receive something soon and, wow I hope this thing is really cool when it finally arrives to make it worth it!

Laser ordered on DEC31st, package shipment accepted in South Carolina on Jan 5th, Sorted at the origin facility (in SC) on the 14th - that's 7 working days for customs or whatever they are actually doing... then USPS mis-sent my package to tulsa and today on the 18th it should finally be arriving as the USPS site says its in my town and been sorted. So that's about 13 business days, for an express shipment... an e-mail from them said it's usually 9 business days "but usually sooner".     I agree ith todd - it better be worth the wait. I've seen some other complaints about switch issues and overheating due to the battery spring being out of place- so i've got doubts on the quality of the lasers so far.
