This configuration can be used when the user has all of their devices connected to a home HUB (broadband router). The user’s hub will then allocate IP addresses to any network laser cubes connected as long as they are all set to be LAN clients. In this setup, each cube must be configured using the mode switch to a LAN client, and should be showing a green LED to indicate that it is in LAN client mode. To change the mode of your cube, see the Mode Button section of this document. You can also check what mode your cube is in by a short press of the mode button once the unit is powered and interlock enabled. The cube will project its current mode along with its connection status.
This configuration could also be used with an additional network switch in order to increase the number of available ethernet ports, allowing more network laser cubes to be connected.
